Out With Old–Time For Rebrithing

The ancient symbol of the Phoenix Rising is our story of transformation. The bird is said to live 500 years and creates a nest that is set on fire and from the ashes a new Phoenix rises.

The cycle of life, death, rebirth, never ends in the living process called life. Nature, is my mirror and my destiny, like hers, is transformation.

A new year is here, and the old challenges must be burned in the fire to create new beginnings of hope. Moreover, it is the hour to create the needed change for renewing the lost soul.

The journey begins with building a new foundation for transforming the doubts, illusions and difficulties in the fire to burn away. Then from the ashes, new purpose and meaning emerges bringing forth the rebirth of the human spirit.

Letting go of the ashes of loss opportunities and unfilled dreams is not an easy journey for embracing wholeness, but one that is essential for a life worth living.

‘There is no coming to consciousness without pain,
people will do any thing, no matter how abused,
in order to avoid facing their own soul. One does
not become enlightened by imagining figures
of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”

My wish for you is that, you will find the courage to free yourself from what deprives your spirit from rising.

Here is a simple exercise to practice for your soul’s healing:

Using your breath slowly:

Breathe in joy and slowly
Breathe out anger. Then
Breathe in courage and slowly
Breathe out fear. Then
Breathe in acceptance and slowly
Breathe out lack. Then
Breathe in love and slowly
Breathe out rejection.
Now, bless yourself and follow your heart!
