Healing Receipt: Nature’s Sunshine Green Juice
Organic vegetable juicing is a great way to begin the day or as an excellent snack. The body gets a greater and quicker concentration
of vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and enzymes. Moreover, vegetable juice is alkalizing and cleansing for your digestive system.
I used these organic vegetables for “Sunshine Green” as that is what I had on hand. You could include other vegetables like organic broccoli green pepper, zucchini green beans, and cabbage. I added garlic, but you could also add ginger, and turmeric to spice up your day.
Add: 2 cups of water to blender with 1 cup of cut up organic carrots,
organic celery, handful of organic Switz Chard, kale, sprig of parsley,
garlic and vitamin C 2000 mg.
Blend: for one minute, strain and place into a mason jar.
Drink 8 ounces for breakfast or snack 2 times a day.
This “Sunshine Green” juice taste great. Come on,
